Here, courtesy of Brian Campf, is a really nice photograph of Juan Padrón during his tenure with one of the Cuban Stars teams (I would guess eastern).

UPDATE 8:11 am We can confirm that this photograph shows Juan with the eastern Cuban Stars as his cap bears an “NY” logo:
