Here are the last standings I could find for the 1907/08 Las Villas Championship, from La Lucha, January 7, 1908.

Caibarién: 8-2
Remedios: 7-3
Camajuaní: 2-5
Sagua: 2-9

No guarantee that this is truly final, as I only checked in La Lucha through the end of January. But the paper had been publishing updates at least once a week until this one.

Unfortunately, La Lucha published no box scores for this league, except the one reproduced below.
